The untold story of Grand Duchess Charlotte of Luxembourg and her wartime friendship with President Roosevelt, is about to have its Washington premiere - at a brand new international film festival in the US capital.
Politics on Film is being held in Washington DC on 7- 10 May. The film will be among a select number of documentaries chosen for the international section of the festival.
Politics on Film is the first festival of its kind to cater for filmmakers whose work focuses on the government, the electoral process or pressing public policy issues. GRACE’s creative director Ray Tostevin, who wrote and directed Charlotte: A Royal at War, and co-producer Candice Allen-Olson are set to attend the festival accompanied by the Luxembourg Ambassador.
