Britain has the worst teenage pregnancy rate in Western Europe. Children's minister Beverley Hughes said recently there was little the Government could do to tackle the problem - without parents' help. But many parents are unaware that if their underage daughter becomes pregnant and decides to have an abortion, it's a decision they have no legal right to be involved in - or even told about.
